World Talent Federation Officials to visit donated projects in poor countries
At WTF it is not “a feel-good exercise, generating little value for a desperate world” to just donate and expect magical results. At its worst, it should not allow officials to use their positions or donated money to glorify themselves.

At WTF it is not “a feel-good exercise, generating little value for a desperate world” to just donate and expect magical results. At its worst, it should not allow officials to use their positions or donated money to glorify themselves.

We would like it to be both benevolent and strategic. It is for this reason that WTF President, Vice President and Secretary General will be visiting various installations to appraise themselves with progress on-going.

The visit will take them through Africa (including Ghana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Tanzania and Uganda), Latin America (beginning with Honduras) and eventually Asia (Myanmar, Indonesia and Cambodia).

“This visit will validate, on the ground, that the equipment reached their destination, were installed and ready for use”, says Federation Secretary General/CEO, Prof Humphrey Oborah.

“It will also enable officials to know if the training and /or related programming are successful so that locals can use, maintain , own and maintain the donated equipment for the benefit of their people”, he adds.
